Privacy Policy

Effective July 10, 2026 · Applies to Skiplash for iPhone and iPad

THE SHORT VERSION

Skiplash collects no data. There are no ads, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs, and no developer servers. The game works entirely offline. We never see who you are or how you play.

WHAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE

These live in the app's local storage on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.

ICLOUD SYNC

Your save balance syncs between your own devices using iCloud Key-Value Storage, under your Apple Account. That data belongs to you and moves through Apple's iCloud — it is never sent to us, and we have no way to read it. Apple's handling of iCloud data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

GAME CENTER

Leaderboards are optional and provided by Apple's Game Center. If you're signed in to Game Center, your scores, distances, and skip counts are submitted to Apple and shown to your Game Center friends under your Game Center nickname. This works under Apple's terms and privacy policy; if you're not signed in, nothing is submitted and the game plays normally.

PURCHASES

The one optional purchase (a pack of saves) is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your name, payment details, or any billing information.

CHILDREN

Skiplash collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

CHANGES

If a future update ever changes any of the above, this page will be updated first, with a new effective date, before that version ships.
